On board was excellent—a remarkable positive change. Check in was horrifying. Forced to check in branded cabin baggage approved bags weighing 10 and 12 kgs each, because desk insisted these were not fit for overhead lockers. Got charged £160 for two bags. Behaviour of staff was hostile, motivated and rude. Wonder if BA pays commissions on collection, or borrows staff from Airport operator. Basle evidently is an airport used by budget airline— and customers are treated like consumers.

Staff and crew where very nice and friendly. Just need to improve the timming om the meal and beverages.

Excellent except for checking in at Madrid Airport. Waited in line for over an hour and a half. Not enough ticket agents available and they were moving those with earlier flight times up in order to get them through. People were not happy. Staff did their best to explain, but just not enough to meet the need.

Economy extremely cramped. Dinner was not good. Breakfast was quite good. Crew was excellent.

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!

Excellent service smooth flight f or the most part food was right now.I'm expectedly good.

My flight was cancelled and I was rebooked onto 2 flights on American Airlines: one from Heathrow to Charlotte and then one from Charlotte to Tampa.

Flight fine, only served water or blueberry juice option- tight fit forward- resting head on tray table difficult and especially if seat reclined in front of you and I’m only 5’2. Uncomfortable

I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!
