Good except for the kid kicking the back of my seat and then plyin a game on the touch screen

The flight was delayed for 4 hours and the airplane was really old cuz not one thing was working.

Newark to Montreal was really good. The return flight was not so good with a substitute carrier was not as good. I was impressed by the AC staff all along the way. Their in flight stack was superior.

Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi

People were very nice and helpful. But the plane is noisy, and crowded. Seats are too small. Plane was too cold too. Air Canada app is very slow. Couldn't upgrade seats to the next section. Also surprised that basic economy seats were actually standby.

After several delays, the flight was canceled. I was “lucky” and able to get rebooked on a flight that left two hours later. The flight itself was fine although I didn’t like my meal. Flight delays and cancellations are far too common on Air Canada.

Check in was confusing with the kiosk at the airport. Just too vague and not enough explanation of what to do.

As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!

Both fights were delayed. Food could be better comparing to other international flights
