Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge
For the price of the ticket it's probably the best service in the world
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did
No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service
No food just water No entertainment possibilities. No jacks to charge phone or anything
Boarding was total chaos. They didn’t know what they were doing and taking bus to the airplane is like going back in time. The food is bad, portions are very small and we don’t get simple paper napkins! Is it really that bad?
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
Flight crew was among the best I’ve ever seen
SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.
Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.
Terrible. Had to go through customs and pick up our luggage. Then they said we couldn't make our connecting flight to MKE when we had 35min before takeoff. There were no other flights out on any airline so we would've had to spend the night at ORD. We were able to get a ride to MKE at our expense instead. Ridiculous that they would not allow us to try to make the flight, which we would have. Assuming rechecking the luggage was the problem. They should not have listed this as a viable connecting flight if there was no chance in making it. There was 4 people in our party.
Biggest gripes were that the seats were extra narrow as the 4-in-the-middle taper down. As with most flight, too little leg room hurts my aging hips. Also changing the flight time to 3 hours earlier meant that we had a terribly long lay-over in one of the world's most boring airports
Lufthansa employees they has to work more with the customers and they delayed the flight for two hours every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes every 20 minutes
The flight was at 6:10 am to early. No coffee or anything else offered. To 👎
