Terrible because it was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds in Guatemala while all other airlines kept flying. Had to pay for a hotel to stay overnight in Houston and try to fly next day.

The Crew and the food was the worst I ever had in Business Class. First they told us there were no space for carry on. It was plenty of space over our 2 row seats, we had to ask to let us travel with it which was accepted. They were aware that we had to run for the connection due to the previous flight delay. Have us one hour waiting for more customers and not even offer a glass of water. Then started the service and they started to serve other passengers drinks in business and did not offer any drinks until they serve our pre ordered meal and I ask for something to drink. I had to wait until they finished to serve all passengers until Inget something. The crew was the worts I ever had for Business Class in my life.

Overall it was good. I missed my connection but I was put on another flight.

The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.

My suitcase was completed destroyed. The top part is broken and unusable now.

Flight delayed over 2 hours . I was flying bussiness never got food cause they ran out of what i wanted

Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.

The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.

The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.

If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
