Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
The crew were very nice. I would have appreciated a pillow for comfort. I had a special meal that was sloppy, but the salad was great. Thanks
Very punctual. Comfortable plane and great entertainment options. The staff was very nice.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
Delays from united along with Newark air space caused delays. But an average flight! Unfortunately we come to expect delays from the airlines.
Great onboard crew. Boarding was a zoo, I got in line before pre boarding in Group 2, still had my bag force checked. WiFi was glitchy all flight. Seat and bathroom are both tiny unless you pay $$$ for first class.
Plane still had screens for watching movies. Good selection too.
Flight delayed over 2 hours . I was flying bussiness never got food cause they ran out of what i wanted
The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.
The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.
Flight was great (only a short hop from London to Dublin). Wi-Fi available on board(around 2 euros), power sockets, complimentary water and biscuit. Landin/ takeoff all went without a flaw.
Gate closed way too early - over 1 hour before departure. Put onto next flight. Ticket had been changed without notifying us.

The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic
British airways keeps canceling our flights. I won’t be booking any future flights with them
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
One particular crew member wasn't helpful in the cabin .
No entertainment and the seats are well worn.! To the point it feels like your sitting in a bowl
The seats of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner were ridiculously uncomfortable. I was on 10 flights during this vacation and this plane was super uncomfortable both times I was on one whereas all of the others were perfectly fine. Additionally, these planes do not have any air vents that passengers can control, the climate is entirely controlled by the crew which made for an extremely uncomfortable temperature for the duration. The flight attendants tried to make everyone happy with the temperature but several people you could tell were excessively warm and just wanted a bit of airflow.
The whole experience was great. The only improvement would be the entertainment selection
