Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.
Minimal food offered (crackers). Had to clean the seat with a wet wipe because of dried food.

ground crew at Casablanca as well as at Montreal was not helpful at all. specially at Montreal airport, very rude .

The idea of needing to go outside in the winter to board in icy cold temperatures is totally a non starter for me. Seats were very uncomfortable though the leg room not too terrible. Attendants were nice
