Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.

The flight was delayed an hour, but not because of Air Canada. The crew was polite, professional, and competent. The food was above average for Air Canada, but just fine. The stand out for me in the 10 hour flight was the entertainment package. The best of any airline I’ve experienced so far. Looking forward to my return flight to finish some more of the shows I was watching.

I had wonderful wheelchair assistance through the Montreal airport onto the flight. Air Canada was excellent in this both at the Fredericton airport and the Montreal one where an attendant helped us through customs as well as transport and baggage security.

There labor disputes cancelled my flight less than 24 hours before my boarding time but there customer service/website was easy enough to navigate and they rebooked me for no upcharge.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

The company hand out head phones so one can watch the movie and other entertainment throughout the flight, after all the ticket is already high Other than that my flight was very good and the attendants was very professional.

So we didn't actually go. We were hoping to go for the Inauguration of the first female president. When That Guy got elected, we bailed. Unfortunately, we got basically none of our money back, despite having travel insurance. Would not fly with Air Canada again unless I had to.

Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.

In flight entertainment was good. Food tasted terrible. Service was adequate but largely unhelpful. For example, we had a short layover after the flight. When I inquired about the possibility of exiting more quickly (we were in the back), we were informed that this was not possible. On our next flight, the captain made an announcement requesting that people who did not have connecting flights to allow those who did to exit first. If given a choice in the future, I would not fly Air Canada.

The seats are soooooooo small in economy. I was offered no tea or coffee in the am. When I asked was told that it was too late. The plane was 2 hours late leaving.
