The flight and service were very good. Thanks to the crew.
All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).
Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬
Delayed flight with no explanations; poorly managed gate and boarding process.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
Well the flight was 3 hours delayed taking off which lead to missing the next flight in Newark and an overnight stay in a hotel (at my expense) for a next day flight, 1.5 hour long immigration line, etc. Let's just say my travel experience wasn't pleasant.
I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.
The airplane did not offer standard outlets so I was unable to work on my laptop. This is totally unacceptable for an international flight.
Food was good, flight is old, no leg room and restrooms are downstairs not easy for elderly people
