Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight
The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.
This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
Very sad, couldn't stop crying. Was an hour delay in Ireland and when we got to Canada the flight was boarded and couldn't get on. Was the last flight of the day. Now in a hotel waiting on a stand by.I have to got o work, so I'll go first available while my son stays in the hotel til one's available
Was not aware that Aer Lingus was like the cut-rate services in the states, with no food or beverage (other then 3.50 Euro coffee) and no screens for entertainment. Was a great flight, but not much in the way of services.
during a very rough flight, I was forced to sit in a last row seat, fell asleep, and was forced to return to my assigned seat after the turbulence. The stewardess then used that seat to sleep.
I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.
We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.
Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.

Our flight was canceled for a reason that suggests gross mismanagement. We were re-booked for a flight to a different airport.
Got in on time. Food was the worst ever. Comfort was terrible. Check in was incredibly bad.
The flight schedules are better than some airlines. Their website is terrible, it doesn’t store any information so every time you fly you have to re-enter the data. The flight was late taking off but we still got to our destination on time.
Correct meal and overall flight went well. 204€ for an extra luggage is simply exaggerated
Crew woke me up to see if I wanted food - NEVER want food on a 12 hour flight more than I want to sleep. Sleep was not easy, as a child screamed and threw fits 70%of the flight. That same child kicked my seat most of the flight. BUT, despite the child and a poor boarding effort, the rest was solid. The crew worked hard otherwise - just don’t wake me up IF I actually get to sleep.
Not much to like. Check-in and bag drop procedures are a crowded, disorganized and confusing mess. Agents were grumpy and unhelpful, somehow expecting passengers to automatically know and understand the airline's procedures. Boarding was chaotic and included a stand-up, sardine-packed bus ride to a stairway pushed up to the aircraft out on the tarmac. Passengers were left waiting in the bus for a lengthy period on both ends. Flight departure and arrival were delayed by passengers scrambling to find space for bags in the overhead storage. Many passengers not in compliance with carry-on rules. Everything you could hate about flying in this ride.
We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.
Not having a delay. Not sure what happened with the service animal biting the crew member.
It was excellent - good value; good service. No complaints; my sister moved to Portugal so I will be flying there annually and will continue to use TAP. I love that I can get nonstop flight from SFO to Lisbon.
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery
the boarding took a really lo g time, we were standing on stairs waiting to walk out to the plane. Seats are uncomfortable but it’s ok for a short trip. There is no entertainment. Follow the rules and will not have any problems or extra charges
The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.
I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!
