Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad
Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did
Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.

Got in on time. Food was the worst ever. Comfort was terrible. Check in was incredibly bad.
Bused out to the plane, then back to the terminal. Plane was delayed for 2 hours - most of that time spent sitting in bus or plane with NO EXPLANATION of what was going on. Departure delay due to crew not showing up on time. FIX THAT. Why do your own international flights NOT have gates with ramps. Being 74 and having to carry my carry ons up and downstairs is awful.
Boarding the plane from 2 entries at the the same time front and back was ridiculous. I boarded from the back for row 7 and others boarded from the front for row 15, for example. We met mid-plane and had to squeeze past each other. Ridiculous
Cancelled flight TP225 from LIS to MIA till next day
Flight delays. Mad rush with no help from staff. Staff for TAP is elusive like the Tasmanian devil... you hear about it but never seen it. Seats were the only thing that was ok as its lie flat, but trying to sleep was like being at a concert as the crew were chit chatting non stop while you are trying to sleep. Food was seriously better in Premium EY on other airlines like Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, United. We traveled Business Class on TAP. Crew were friendly enough but not very present at lull period of flight.
Crew woke me up to see if I wanted food - NEVER want food on a 12 hour flight more than I want to sleep. Sleep was not easy, as a child screamed and threw fits 70%of the flight. That same child kicked my seat most of the flight. BUT, despite the child and a poor boarding effort, the rest was solid. The crew worked hard otherwise - just don’t wake me up IF I actually get to sleep.
It was excellent - good value; good service. No complaints; my sister moved to Portugal so I will be flying there annually and will continue to use TAP. I love that I can get nonstop flight from SFO to Lisbon.
Our flight from NY was on time. The leg room was torture.. for a long flight.. It was extremely uncomfortable.
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
Was not aware that Aer Lingus was like the cut-rate services in the states, with no food or beverage (other then 3.50 Euro coffee) and no screens for entertainment. Was a great flight, but not much in the way of services.
Both flights late. Almost missed connecting flight and flight staff not willing to help expedite us off the plane.
during a very rough flight, I was forced to sit in a last row seat, fell asleep, and was forced to return to my assigned seat after the turbulence. The stewardess then used that seat to sleep.
I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.
We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.
Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.

Horrible. Garbage airline. Due to the strike we got a replacement plane/crew. I didn't get my exit row seat I paid for. Food was horrible. Plane was hot and didn't have AC vents.
the boarding took a really lo g time, we were standing on stairs waiting to walk out to the plane. Seats are uncomfortable but it’s ok for a short trip. There is no entertainment. Follow the rules and will not have any problems or extra charges
The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.
I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!
