Very nice. Crew was excellent and our seats had great legroom which we paid extra for so I highly recommend this option when flying internationally.

Problems checking in. Charged for bag which was to be included. Repeated trials with in line check in process
Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!
My luggage is lost! I waited in Denver co and seen nothing almost lost my flight due to waiting for my bags and still nothing I hope to contact customer service today hope they find it
The plane was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it was delayed and I had to pay for coffee.
Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.
We did not get to experience LH cityline Flight cancelled 15 minutes before takeoff No alternatives offered
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
Just RETURN the LOST and FOUND items to the LUFTHANSA passengers, instead of just saying "sorry"
