Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.

My schedule flight was rebooking and changed to Chicago, then I did not used the flight from Dulles to Savannah

I liked everything excepct the noise of the engine inside de airplane was a little bite higher.

Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!

Less room on an international flight than domestic, which makes no sense as they are 8-9 hour flights. Completely uncomfortable and the food was terrible. Flying through Germany and having to stand in line for a passport check when you have a connection also makes no sense when you already did that prior to boarding. They had given some of our seats away because we were so late arriving to the connecting gate

Try to be on time and landing more smoothly. Thanks

The plane was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it was delayed and I had to pay for coffee.

Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked a question and followed up with an answer quickly.
