Fine. On time, cabin service was fine, bag arrived. All good. Flying into DCA so did not collide with any helicopters, which is also good. Horrid incident that could have and should have been prevented.

Customer service for American Airlines first class is at an all time low.

Lack of communication with customers through the delays and poor audio during boarding. No assistance to serve a number of customers with limited time between connecting flights. Lack of empathy from staff. Rebooked on a flight that seemed solely for purposes of taking those that missed their connection the night before. The hostess at the gate arrived late and never expressed any form of compassion or friendliness toward passengers. Just get them on board, so I can go in with my life. Will never fly AA again.

horrible our connectig flight was late and we had to rush thru DFW to the next gate with 15 minutes time. Get to gate and its changed. no one knows whats going on . finally get a new gate and the plane has been sent back to the hanger . Boarded 4 hours after our original flight time and then sat at the gate for over an hour as the captian said the cargo doors were open and no one was in the airprot or on the ground to find out what was happening. this caused us to miss the first day of the tour as we missed our transfer and hotel meetup no apologies or accomodations offered to assist

Flight attendants on American Airlines are rude very harsh with their time of voice. Nearly identical experience as spirit airlines. However, from Spirit Airlines, you expect this level of mediocre service. You do not expect this from the big three..

Experience was fine. Seats were cramped, and we had to wait for repairs before we could take of. Even though the door remained open, we were warned that leaving the plane could cause difficulty trying to fly out later. Staff was pleasant, and climate control was fortunately working. We had trouble at the DFW terminal, but I don't think that was AA's fault.

3 hours late. Second consecutive time this month that a flight from DFW was delayed 3+ hours.

Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight

While the airline gas made a significant improvement in terms of service, the following could bolster the level of service event more: 1) distribute the headphones before takeoff 2) be more mindful when driving the cart during meal time by not smashing it to the armrests of the isleside seats 3) be more mindful not pushing the arm and/or shoulder of passengers that are seated while passing the isle when having wider hips
