Due to an issue with the plane. We waited almost 2 hours to take off. The service reps were great. We had a longer layover but was able to run for it and catch our flight. This also happened on our way out. Maybe the planes need a good look over. The people who work front desk and flight attendants are the best

horrible our connectig flight was late and we had to rush thru DFW to the next gate with 15 minutes time. Get to gate and its changed. no one knows whats going on . finally get a new gate and the plane has been sent back to the hanger . Boarded 4 hours after our original flight time and then sat at the gate for over an hour as the captian said the cargo doors were open and no one was in the airprot or on the ground to find out what was happening. this caused us to miss the first day of the tour as we missed our transfer and hotel meetup no apologies or accomodations offered to assist

They could have done a better job announcing the boarding groups and asked for more drinks (water) if needed.

Was able to get on early due to being short of breathe. Agents very helpful.

It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.

Flight was delayed , waited in the tarmac for 3 hours and then came back and was cancelled

Late and next flight even later. Who leaves at 245 am and arrives at 330 am ? No wifi, 4 hr flight and one bag of pretzels? AA should be ashamed

On time, smooth, luggage was out fast at the end of the flight. About perfect.

Boarding process was good. I was assigned the most rear (non-reclining) seat in both directions, which wasn't great.

entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.
