It was really bad. Inexperienced and rude people during check-in in Miami, a small and uncomfortable airplane, and problems with the airline caused me to lose my connection flight in Brasilia. Terrible experience!
Pretty terrible, was unable to check out of a flight through the app. Could not check in to my flights with the app. Had to call customer service but they were not much help. Nothing on my itinerary said I had to check in with American Airlines when I reached the United States. I almost missed my flight. I had to run to the gate and get dressed in the tunnel. GOL seemed really unorganized at the desks for check in and took a lot longer than other airlines

Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.
Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.
American rescheduled with GOL. An error was made that caused significant issues including nit being able to checkin not having assigned seats, not getting seats together, arriving late, and the crew made no attempt to help.
Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.
Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.
Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!
Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.
TAP boarding gate agents singled out Group A line to gate check all carry on bags …. Supposedly because of lack on bin space. BUT ALL OTHERS WERE PERMITTED WITH CARRY ON BAGS. Additionally so many passengers entering the plane after us were permitted carry on bags. And when the plane was fully loaded, there was a number of open spaces in the overhead bins. I WILL SEARCH OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE FLYING TAP AGAIN
The flight schedules are better than some airlines. Their website is terrible, it doesn’t store any information so every time you fly you have to re-enter the data. The flight was late taking off but we still got to our destination on time.
Great overall experience with TAP - would not hesitate to recommend for your next trip to or from Portugal
Correct meal and overall flight went well. 204€ for an extra luggage is simply exaggerated
The flight was delayed without any type of notice. After passing through the gate, people were lined up at the passages boarding bridge standing for about half hour with no clue when they can board after ‘boarding’. No explanation or indication of the new departure time. All you can do is standing up and waiting.
Boarding the plane from 2 entries at the the same time front and back was ridiculous. I boarded from the back for row 7 and others boarded from the front for row 15, for example. We met mid-plane and had to squeeze past each other. Ridiculous
The flight was cancelled. the staff did not know how to arrange overnight, food and transportation accommodations required by law, causing long lines lasting several hours. the rebooked flight was then delayed 5 times from 9am to 4:45pm

Flight delays. Mad rush with no help from staff. Staff for TAP is elusive like the Tasmanian devil... you hear about it but never seen it. Seats were the only thing that was ok as its lie flat, but trying to sleep was like being at a concert as the crew were chit chatting non stop while you are trying to sleep. Food was seriously better in Premium EY on other airlines like Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, United. We traveled Business Class on TAP. Crew were friendly enough but not very present at lull period of flight.
The AB 330 was unbelievable comfortable. The 2/4/2 seating was great. Everything about this trip was wonderful except .....for the chili which looked like cat food!
