Find cheap flights from Shannon to Accra

There was no legroom whatsoever to the point where my wife dropped her phone and was unable to retrieve it as she couldn’t move. The sound system for the entertainment had a broken socket so was effectively out of action as it just crackled. Just dreadful, I will actively avoid BA in the future

Aer Lingus was the actual airline so they handled everything professionally.

I enjoyed the flight. I did find it strange that when I arrived at my seat although I had paid for a window seat that I was assigned a middle seat. Thankfully I was between a couple and they wanted to sit together. Please do a better job with this BA!

We already had a five hour layover in London, and then they cancelled our flight about half hour before we were due to board. They wouldn't give us access to the lounge and hanging around the extremely busy terminal for another three hours until our next flight was crappy. 8 hours in a busy terminal is awful. The least they could have done was give us access to one of their quiet, comfortable lounges for the inconvenience. I heard from others that they do this a lot -- cancel these short flights if they're not completely full. When we got onto the next flight it was absolutely packed and uncomfortable. Just very disappointing. British Airways used to be a great airline to fly with, but it doesn't feel that way at all now.

More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

The crew is extremely nice, genuine and just pleasant to be around. On multiple flights, I or other passengers had interactions with the crew that were above and beyond what is generally accepted from other airlines. I WILL fly BA whenever available from now on.

Staff member at boarding gate was rude, and more than once!

The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.

Our first class ticket was a coach seat with a tray wedged in the middle seat. Seats were the same as coach seats and there was no divider between classes of service. Never seen anything like this before.
