Flight was great (only a short hop from London to Dublin). Wi-Fi available on board(around 2 euros), power sockets, complimentary water and biscuit. Landin/ takeoff all went without a flaw.
No land services during boarding, specially while moving from terminal to another
I will fly again with American airlines. It's efficient to get from A to B point, not too long layovers . Flights were on time, but box food on the long distance flight was dry, stale overcooked.
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
I'm a world traveler for the 30 years. The WORST AIRPORT i've ever been in Totally over booked They shuttle u around MANY TIMES TO GET to planes and gates They over book and have massive delays Will never fly BA again
The mushroom rigatoni was very flavorful & made me happy. The flight team was accommodating and friendly & I look forward to using BA again in the future.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.
BA used to be a higher level flight experience. Now, like Air France, they’ve reduced the experience. The crew do a great job. However, food offerings for such a long flight were mediocre at best. At no point did they offer a glass of wine, which may be available, but they’ve stopped offering it. I credit BA for not weighing the carry-on bags like AF. I can’t believe that a 51 lb/23 kg bag isn’t included in the price. I don’t know if it’s Kayak gigging us or BA. Either way it’s disgraceful.
Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.
