€41 Find Cheap Flights from Shannon to Spain

Flight was great (only a short hop from London to Dublin). Wi-Fi available on board(around 2 euros), power sockets, complimentary water and biscuit. Landin/ takeoff all went without a flaw.

We found the bag drop/ check-in proceedure at T5 unnecessarily complicated. We paid extra for seat selection in advance and were allocated worse seats at T5. We found the check-in person was not particularly helpful although the the staff at the gate were super good.

The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable

The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

Flights were on time. Crew was courteous. Food was much better than I expected. Heathrow is a good transit hub - great selection at the duty free.

Reasonably comfortable. Plenty of room. Crew were attentive and continually informing passengers of position. Although stuck in runway for 1 hour, weather issues, it felt like we were the crews first priority

One particular crew member wasn't helpful in the cabin .

They took good care of me on the plane and had it not been for handicap assistance I would definitely had missed my connecting flight . Not BA fault but The airport security instead . Two hours is way too long for security

Lost our luggage going to Spain. Missed our connecting flight returning to home

It would be great to have at least two choices for a food, instead of just plain pasta 😏
