Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster

The flight to Frankfurt was delayed. Consequently the connecting flight to Seattle could not be boarded. Lufthansa accommodated in a Cattle Class Flight where the Seats and foods were horrible. I had only Hobson’s Choice and boarded the flight and reached Seattle 3hours later than my scheduled arrival.

No Wi-Fi or food unless you pay an expensive fee.

The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.

Boarding was unorganised. The flight was very uncomfortable, the temperature was far too high. On requests to lower it nothing changed.

Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.

Liked nothing. Rude staff. Incompetent crew and workers. Wont fly with again

SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.

The check in staff was excellent. Some of the ground crew at Bengaluru airport that Lufthansa has outsourced to are terrible. The airport security removed my 2 power banks and set it aside from my check in luggage but they ground staff refused to go pick it up despite the airport security confirming it’s waiting for them to pick them up. I was very disappointed by their utter disregard for customer service and unwillingness to help me.

Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked a question and followed up with an answer quickly.
