€144 Find Cheap Flights to Armenia

Nearly every flight was delayed, I missed a connection at one point and the solution was unbearable. Added nearly 12 hours of travel time to my itinerary and was given no recompense.

I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.

Seat cushioning, and having at least 1 checked bag free, I dont understand why international flight would not include a checked bag.

Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!

Seats did not have enough legroom. Reclined seat in front meant very little room to move. Tablet for movies was difficult to tap on. Food was excellent. Staff excellent.

I like entertainment on the plane once I got it to work. The touch screen really had a hard time responding to touch. Boarding was excruciatingly slow. Getting through passport control was bad enough but security had a line of us not moving at all while this team of security people took their time going through every item of one single passenger, not letting anybody else advance (only one lane open while the equipment was there for 2). I would have missed my connecting flight had it not been an hour late itself. I know the airport is not the responsibility of Lufthansa or Kayak but I mention it as the reason my experience was not great.

It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!

Solid old-school airline, comfortable, efficient and pleasant. It's the small things like nice blankets, good legroom and complementary mixed drinks, even in economy class. Can recommend!

My luggage is lost! I waited in Denver co and seen nothing almost lost my flight due to waiting for my bags and still nothing I hope to contact customer service today hope they find it

They delayed the flight multiple times, canceled, and then did not rebook or reserve hotel rooms
