Flight was great (only a short hop from London to Dublin). Wi-Fi available on board(around 2 euros), power sockets, complimentary water and biscuit. Landin/ takeoff all went without a flaw.

They took my carry on and checked it in. Staff in general at Heathrow are not friendly or helpful

Good flight, awful, vindictive, vile customer services in T5 Heathrow.

Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.

Lost my luggage in London Was double charged for luggage

Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.

Expected a lot better service paying for a business class seat. Seemed to be short on staff and did not get the service I expected.

Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.

3 hr delay. No water given while on the plane for 3hrs.

Excellent except for checking in at Madrid Airport. Waited in line for over an hour and a half. Not enough ticket agents available and they were moving those with earlier flight times up in order to get them through. People were not happy. Staff did their best to explain, but just not enough to meet the need.
