Flights were on time. Crew was courteous. Food was much better than I expected. Heathrow is a good transit hub - great selection at the duty free.
I could not charge my phone the entire night or read my book, as the whole middle isle was without power.
They lost my baggage and still waiting an update when I can receive it
I will fly again with American airlines. It's efficient to get from A to B point, not too long layovers . Flights were on time, but box food on the long distance flight was dry, stale overcooked.
Cabin crew were not nice. The plane was an hour late arriving.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.
Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.
Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.
Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival
Staff member at boarding gate was rude, and more than once!
