The flight used a B767 with a very old interior from before 2014. The entertainment system did not work at all during the flight despite attempts to reset the system. It was like they flew this route just to be competitive.
Old plane and old configuration/seats but still comfortable for a morning flight
They changed planes and the new plane couldn’t carry enough fuel to fly across the country so we had to stop in Kansas City to refuel. Flight was delayed .
Convient flight. Good experience. No complaints other than the food quality seems to have decreased.
Gate agent rushed to fill hot jetway with crowd so it took over 12 minutes to go from gate to plane. Just like a discount airline Pooly prepared cabin and third time that claim of rough air prevented any cabin service. Friends on a Southwest flight at similar time had service.
Lounge in Lagos is terrible, food on board from Lagos to Atlanta was horrible. Only bright spot the cabin crew were awesome.
Perfect flight both ways. On time, courteous staff, plane comfortable and cool. Best domestic flights I’ve had in awhile.

Always good but we must do something about people in rows ahead of you that don't put their seats back up when they are suppose to. And It's rough to not be able to even lean over to get something out of my purse.
Great. Very smooth. Plenty of information. However, wish they would give out a menu in advance of making a dinner choice like other international airlines. The flight attendant says chicken or pasta and there are details about ingredients or spices requiring the passenger to ask which requires the flight attendant to answer many times. So easy to solve this problem. P
Checking In on JetBlue site was impossible. It hung up on REAL ID. Even my Global Entry did not help. Luckily, on Kayak site it was a breeze. Entire flight the temperature was COLD! Otherwise the crew was great!

Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.

My JetBlue experience was nice. The flights ran on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, and the flight attendants were attentive. My only issue, which is isolated to the low-cost (budget) option at JetBlue, is that the check in process makes the user feel that they have to buy their seats. The seats offered for purchase are upgrades from the budget seats you get (which are essentially the last seats remaining). The interface should not make it feel like you must purchase a seat.
There were mutliple delays. There was inconsistent, delayed, and poor communication regarding the delays.
Spend hours delayed with no food, water anything sitting on the aieplane with no ability to eat or use the restroom. My entire experience was the absolute worst. I will never fly jet Blue again.
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. Flight cancelled, lost a day of travel where we were trying to meet friends we couldn't meet. Iberia website is very difficult to navigate and has lots of dead links. If you do not speak Spanish it is even harder. Tried communicating on their WhatsApp and that was also close to impossible. We were told we'd be compensated 150EU's for this cancelled flight but there is no avenue towards rectifying this issue. I've had to take it up with my credit card to contest the charges and not pay for a flight that didn't happen but doubt I will ever be reimbursed for my two Ubers to the airport where we never even departed or the 150EU's we were told we would receive. I would never fly Iberia again. Clown show.
Good plane, excellent food, crew and entertainment. Seats in business could use an upgrade
Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.
The crew were friendly and helpful. Iberia lost our luggage on arrival, Friday and we didn't get it until Sunday at 10:00 p.m. local Malaga time. I also paid $382.80 for seat assignments but two out out of the four were not together. Iberia mentioned that it was because the plane was delayed in Madrid before our flight began in LAX. They should compensate us half of my payment.
Terrible. Won’t fly again. Boarding was an issue. Took TWO hours to “find” my confirmed reservation. Crew at desk was super rude and unconcerned. Was not escorted through despite delay on their end. Almost missed fight and luggage arrived one day late…. Which I had to pick up by cab or wait even longer (not reimbursed).
Horrible experience airline crew was unprofessional. Flight was delayed. Suit cases did not arrive. Never flying iberia again

The flight was delayed over 4 hours. Business class is just slightly upgraded economy.
As always a terrible experience. AA stole a day from my vacation days planned to be spent with my Family. Response: delays related to weather issues.
