The attendant were friendly. I suggest you have a medical attendant on board every flight so that in case someone is sick , he/she will help them.
I love flying with United. Unfortunately, I flew on an older plane with minimal upgraded technology (no Bluetooth functionality or handy charging ports). Otherwise, the flight was great and even arrived early.
Very rough getting into denver. my kid threw up it was so rough.
Its good expeince but in enternteiment please be like you tube the music i like or movie
Not really their fault, but a 4.5 hour delay is pretty brutal
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
Liked fold flat bed. Didn’t like having no window. Didn’t like poor choice of food and being served dinner very late, hours after take off of a 7:40pm flight. Servers not friendly. Food horrible in business class.
I needed to make changes to my flights. When I called customer service, they assisted me with care professionalism.
For economy, it was very good. Staff was great, they even let some of us change seats for more leg room... Put an empty seat between us which was fantastic for a 12hr flight. Onboard entertainment was excellent, I think over 200 choices of movies/tv/etc The bad was the barely/nonfunctional wifi that cost either $16.99 or 1700 miles (full flight). It was atrocious... Definitely the worst of the last 3 long haul major airlines I was on the last few months.
Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
There were a lot of empty seats so we were able to spread out and be more comfortable. The food was decent enough. The crew, however, there was one flight attendant who put a hand on my grandson as he was walking to the bathroom and told him to stop. He’s 13 years old and didn’t need an escort so I don’t understand the necessity of putting a hand on his chest and saying “stop”. My grandson was confused and embarrassed with no explanation.
No pillow, blanket, or complimentary food provided on 5 hour flight
Flight was delayed 24 hours, then delayed again first was mechanical and second was weather.
Had to wait to clean snow at end of ramp.
My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
not good, they change our return flight which made our journey 8 hours longer than schedule time
Service was excellent, but they ran out of food options by the time they got to my seat (row 36).
The crew and food were very good. The plane was dirty..
Boarding a disaster. People need to be told not to line up before area called. Crew had not even boarded and walkways were jammed
I liked the plane, a Boeing 787. Having to buy food on a domestic flight (although now common on other airlines too) is an irritant.
