Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.

The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.

Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.

The flight crew was fantastic. The flight attendants were incredibly considerate, kind and attentive.

If United expects people to use their own devices for entertainment they should put charging outlets in each seating area. I arrived with 14%battery power. That is not good when you arrive anywhere and need to communicate for transportation.

I was seated to an oversized overweight person that spread over to my seat. His shoulder overlapped my seat very uncomfortable.

If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.

You can’t checking with no carry on bag, the entertainment was awesome and the crew very friendly and polite🫶
