The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
The ANA crew and their members were all extremely nice and caring. Shout out to the crews for working on Christmas and New Years. Y'all the real MVP
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.
The flight crew was fantastic. The flight attendants were incredibly considerate, kind and attentive.
If United expects people to use their own devices for entertainment they should put charging outlets in each seating area. I arrived with 14%battery power. That is not good when you arrive anywhere and need to communicate for transportation.
I was seated to an oversized overweight person that spread over to my seat. His shoulder overlapped my seat very uncomfortable.
If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
You can’t checking with no carry on bag, the entertainment was awesome and the crew very friendly and polite🫶

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
Everything was excellent. Just keep doing what you are. I would travel with this airlines gain.

The chairs were too upright, but not awful. Boarding was fast and efficient and we did not sit too long in the plane before takeoff.
Terrible 3-4-3 seat configuration, I thankfully was able to choose a seat at the back where it narrowed to 2-4-2 for some relief though seats were still narrow. Staff did not manage the boarding lines at all either, was total chaos.
We waited over 1 hour for luggage to be boarded No wfi poor Very low class
I didn’t realize booking through Kayak the pricing was in American fees and that I had to pay for my baggage when I arrived at the airport. I thought it was included in the price. For this reason I spent an extra $500. Next time I will book directly through the airline.
Kayak changed my Dublin flight and then changed it back to the original time before I left for Ireland. Unfortunately Kayak never booked me back on the original flight so when I got to the airport I had no flight to London. Very stressful. If I hadn’t gone very early and Aer Lingus staff so helpful it would have been a very wasteful day.
Everything was very excellent The food was great The crew was so nice 🥰👌🏽 I really appreciate and loved travelling with Air Canada 🇨🇦
