Plane temperature was comfortable (not to hot) when boarding and waiting for takeoff.
All male crew was just too woke for me. I felt like a sardine. I will never take a window seat or the rearmost seat again. I booked early and did not pay for seat selection and that was a mistake. The security at IAH was atrocious. I was violated and radiated as I was in a hurry to connect to my other flight. I may have lost items under the seat in front of me that I couldn't see nor bend over to look.
I don’t understand the purpose of the orange “priority” tag on my bag. This tagged, my bag is last or near to the last bag to come down the carousel at IAH.
The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
ANA was great. United was horrible. They bumped us from economy plus to economy and were supposed to contact us for a refund but no luck. We booked the seats 9 months in advance.
This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.
Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.
Moody attendants that can barely look up at the passengers. I’m all for people having an off day, but you can tell some Untied Airlines Employees have lost their zeal for their jobs

The flight was direct and affordable The boarding process gave poor directions and disorganized. The seats were narrow and very uncomfortable! The disembarkation was also poor.
Flight was delayed 24 hours, then delayed again first was mechanical and second was weather.
Had to wait to clean snow at end of ramp.
My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
This was an Air New Zealand flight. All went very smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel period. Thank you!
Great experience. Crew were great. Boarding was smooth. Would request some Christian Worship for the entertainment.
Boarding a disaster. People need to be told not to line up before area called. Crew had not even boarded and walkways were jammed
I liked the plane, a Boeing 787. Having to buy food on a domestic flight (although now common on other airlines too) is an irritant.
No complaints l will always do Air Canada once they are flying where I want to go
